Privacy Policy

The Phoenix app is provided by The Phoenix Program ("we", "us"). It is a training companion for clients of participating trainers. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. Accounts are created for you by your trainer; the app does not offer public sign-up.
• Training data — the workouts you complete, the weights and reps you log, session dates, and achievement milestones (such as Beast Mode levels).

What We Do Not Collect

• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No location data, contacts, photos, or health-sensor data.
• No payment information inside the app — billing is handled directly with your trainer.

How Your Information Is Used

• To show you your workout program, history, and progress.
• To share your logged results with your own trainer, who uses them to coach you — including live during training sessions.
• To calculate achievements (e.g. Beast Mode) within the program.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than your trainer and the service providers below.

Sharing You Control

The app can generate a shareable status link (your Beast level and count). A link is only created when you tap Share, and only contains what is shown on that page.

Service Providers

Your data is stored securely with Supabase (cloud database and authentication), used solely to operate the app.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your training history is retained while your account is active so your progress and program position are preserved. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your login. You may also email us to request deletion of your data.

Children

The app is intended for gym clients and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
